The LGAP network is volunteer run, as are most of the member groups. In current times, most third sector organisations are struggling to keep going. Therefore, the bandwidth and technical skills to support the day to day running and improvements for the network are extremely limited.
We are looking to form a small volunteer group who may be able to pick up on identified tasks such as constructing nice Mailchimp emails from notes, changes to the GoDaddy website, configuring Microsoft 365 or enrolling new members to mailing lists.
Going forwards, we would also like to simplify and improve all the above aspects as well as encourage more groups to join the network.
Firstly, may we kindly ask you to register below if you are interested in helping. The very first task will be to identify and set up the ways of working/communication before commencing network tasks. For example, can we exercise Agile tooling such as Kanban and Stories to form a structured working pattern - this may then become a blueprint for other groups such as 100% Digital Leeds.
