What are green activities?

 The evidence is in.  Nature is good for us!  Be it a walk in nature, volunteering with a local growing group or a place in a supported group.

How they help

 Being immersed in nature reduces stress hormones in our body.  Nature and gardens provide a space for physical activity.  Chance to be part of a group.  Plant a seed, have hope for the future.  Help biodiversity and the environment.  Learn something new.
